Refund and Cancellation Policy
NEEDU ENTERPRISES is engaged in the business of providing payment solutions, financial solutions, and other allied financial services on the basis of its engagement.
No Cancellation or Refund
Once a value is debited from your payment instrument/bank account and you have received the same value in your ID, there is no cancellation or refund permitted for such transactions.
Refund Process
If a transaction performed by you on the NeedU Platform results in money being charged to your card or bank account without a value being delivered within 24 – 96 hours of the transaction completion, please inform us by sending an e-mail to our customer service at the email address mentioned on the ‘Contact Us’ page on the NEEDU Platform. Include the following details in your email:
- Transaction amount
- Transaction date
- Order number
Investigation and Refund
NEEDU will investigate the incident, and if it is confirmed that the money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without the delivery of the value, you will be refunded within 45 working days from the date of receipt of your email. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
